To register for any Hive of Thinkrs program, please complete this form with your and your child's information to create your family account.

The information provided will be used to enroll your student, schedule services, communicate with your family, and manage your Hive of Thinkrs experience.

Please review the Terms and Consent section below before submitting this form. Media Release

Please be advised that during your child’s/children’s participation in Hive of Thinkrs classes (online or in person), events, activities, or camps, your child may be photographed, videotaped, or interviewed. With your consent, these photographs, videos, or interviews may be reproduced or released by Hive of Thinkrs for use in various media outlets, including printed marketing materials, websites, social media, digital content, videos, and other promotional materials. At any time, Hive of Thinkrs agrees to remove any such photos within 45 days of receiving a written request.

I acknowledge that my child’s/children’s participation in Hive of Thinkrs programs is voluntary and that I will receive no financial compensation for the use of their likeness in photographs, videos, or interviews.

By registering for Hive of Thinkrs classes, I grant permission for Hive of Thinkrs to use my child’s/children’s likeness as described above and hereby release and forever discharge Hive of Thinkrs from all claims, demands, and causes of action that I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate may have arising from this authorization.

If you do not want your child’s/children’s photograph, video, or interview to be used for media release purposes, please send an email with the subject line "MEDIA RELEASE - REMOVE" and include your child’s/children’s name and your instructions to: [email protected].

Privacy Notice

By submitting this registration form, you consent to Hive of Thinkrs collecting, storing, and processing the information provided for the purpose of creating and managing your family's account, enrolling your child in programs, scheduling services, communicating with you, processing payments, supporting your student's participation in Hive of Thinkrs activities, and providing information about programs, camps, workshops, events, and other educational opportunities through the contact information you provide and, where applicable, your communication preferences.

Your information will be kept confidential and will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared only with trusted service providers that assist us in operating our programs, processing payments, managing registrations, delivering communications, or as otherwise required by law.
